About Hillsong Bali
Hillsong is a church that believes in Jesus, a church that loves God and people.
Hillsong is a contemporary Christian church. Overwhelmed by the gift of salvation we have found in Jesus, we have a heart for authentic worship, are passionate about the local church, and are on mission to see God's kingdom established across the earth.
Hillsong Church was founded by Brian and Bobbie Houston in 1983 in the western suburbs of Sydney, Australia. Now Hillsong has churches in city centres in over 36 countries around the world.
As of February 2023, Phil and Lucinda Dooley are our Global Senior Pastors.
Hillsong Bali
Hillsong Bali opened its doors in Bali on 14 February 2017, beginning in Kuta under the leadership of Pastors Eka and Englyn Mutty, who continue to serve as the Bali Lead Pastors today.
As Hillsong’s first international location in Asia, Hillsong Bali began with a vision to serve the people of the island and create a church community where people could encounter Jesus, find belonging, and discover purpose.
From its beginnings in Kuta, Hillsong Bali has continued to grow and expand its expression across the island.
Today, Hillsong Bali has campuses in Kuta and Sanur, with a vision to serve the island by being the hands, feet and voice of Jesus — bringing hope and life wherever we go and creating a sense of “Welcome Home” for everyone.
Under the leadership of Pastors Eka and Englyn Mutty, Hillsong Bali continues to be part of the global Hillsong family while building a local church that loves God, loves people and loves life.

Hillsong Church is a multi-generational church made up of people from richly diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, committed to unity and belonging centered on Christ.
We are intentional about building a church where people of all ages and backgrounds participate fully in the body of Christ, in line with how Jesus prayed (Jn 17:22-23), with what the early church modeled (Acts 2, Gal 3:28) and with what heaven will be like (Rev 7:9).
